My blog is changing! Most of what I have been talking about has been sexuality and now I am going to make it more organized.
I have recently been becoming even more interested in medical ethics and gender. I am always interested in LGBTQ related things. So! My blog is going to be divided into sections or threads or what have you so that they have themes.
Medical Ethics and Gender– This will be the section where I talk about my thesis! yay! and also other books, articles, and other such related topics that I have come across
Pop Culture- who doesn’t like Lady Gaga? Or at least wondering what the hell that egg thing was.
LGBTQ and Health- This covers all, so basically, mental health, HIV, STIs, having sex, bullying, stress, etc, etc.
Sexuality- This section will talk about desire, sex itself, labels, coming out, questioning sexuality, how it changes over time, polyamory, monogamy, sexual practices, that sort of thing.
Politics- The personal is political
Purpose
I was writing for myself before and I guess I still am, but I want to promote change and awareness of queer issues, medical ethics issues and how marginalized groups (especially women) are subject to scrutiny, and health in general. I want to be honest and I want this blog to be a place where intelligent discussion can take place and people feel free to speak about the topics on this blog.
